1. The information we collect and how we collect it
1.1. We will collect the User Information and the Submitted Materials and we may collect service-related, diagnostic, and performance information, which may include information about your activity (such as how You use SoniCracker), log files, and diagnostic, crash, website, and performance logs and reports.
1.2. Communications between You and SoniCracker, such as service-related emails (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of SoniCracker, technical and security notices).
All of the above shall be referred together as the "Information".
2. What we do with your Information
The Information will be used in accordance with applicable laws for the following purposes:
2.1. To provide the use of SoniCracker as well as for auditing and improving SoniCracker, including providing customer support, fixing and customizing SoniCracker.
2.2. We may analyze and use the Information to evaluate and improve SoniCracker, research, develop, and test new services and features, and conduct troubleshooting activities.
2.3. We may share Information with third parties in limited circumstances, primarily with our suppliers in connection with the provision of the Services through SoniCracker, and including when complying with legal process, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of SoniCracker.
2.4. We reserve the right to disclose your Information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, or court order.
2.6. We may share your Information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, to establish or exercise our legal rights, to defend against legal claims or in such circumstances where such disclosure is required according to applicable law or court order.
2.7. We may share your Personal Information if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our various terms of service or as otherwise required by law.

SoniCracker reserves the right to retain your Information, other data collected about you and content you submit to or through the SoniCracker Service for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our SoniCracker Service. If you wish to cancel your account or that we no longer use or hold your Information, please contact us via Support@SoniCracker.com. We may also retain and use your Personal Information, other data collected about you and content you submit to or through the SoniCracker Service, to the extent required by applicable laws, rules and regulations and as reasonably necessary to protect our legal interests.
5. Contact with SoniCracker
5.1. You will can subscribe to receive optional email messages such as newsletters or promotions, and You may choose to unsubscribe at any time, by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email message. In addition to these optional email messages, SoniCracker may contact you via any email address you provide to us with transactional or relationship messages such as account status messages, security updates or notifications of changes in the terms of your account or the SoniCracker Service. These types of transactional or relationship email messages are not optional.
6.1. SoniCracker includes social media plugins, such as (a) Facebook; (b) Instagram; (c) Twitter; (d) YouTube; (e) TikTok, etc.
7.1. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against the Company and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and representatives must be resolved by a court located in Tel Aviv - Jaffa, and waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
